"Hey Girl, Hey" was brewed by the women of HiHO Brewing Co. in celebration of International Women’s Day. We collaborated with Crosby Hops to develop this beer using Strata NUVO (concentrated fresh hops), which provides tropical berry notes, and Deep Cut Cascade. The Cascade hops were purposefully left on the hop bine longer to allow the cones to develop a higher oil content, resulting in flavors of mandarin, peach, and grapefruit.
