SEATING

Q: Do you take Reservations?

A: All seating is first come first serve! We have seating at the bar, at tables inside the taproom, and tables on the patio.

Q: Do I need to wait to be seated?

A: All seating is first come first serve and self seating unless we are at capacity. If we are at capacity, there may be a short wait and we will help you to find a table to fit your needs.

ORDERING

Q: Do you have table service?

A: All drinks and food should be ordered at the bar at one of our three ordering stations.

Q: Do you have food?

A: Yes! We have locally sourced small plates, salads, and brick oven pizza! Much of our menu items are made from scratch daily.

Q: Do you have guest taps?

A: No, all beer on draft is produced with love at HiHO Brewing Co.! (Unless specifically noted)

Q: Do I have to come up to the bar to pick up my food?

A: Nope! When you order food, you will receive a number to place on your table so we know where your food will be coming to. Please make sure the number is visible to our staff!

Q: Am I able to place an order over the phone for pick up? 

A: No, but you are welcome to stop into the taproom, place an order to go and we will have it ready for you as soon as possible. 

Q: Are you still offering online ordering?

A: You are still able to order beer to go in 4-packs online!

TAPROOM

Q: Do you allow outside food to be eaten in your taproom/ on your patio?

A: We do not allow any outside food aside from desserts (we do love birthday cake!).

Q: Do you allow dogs on your patio?

A: Yes! We love to see your pups on our patio. Please keep them leashed.

Q: Do you allow dogs inside your taproom?

A: No. Due to health codes, we cannot allow dogs inside unless it is a properly marked service dog.

PARKING

Q: Where can I park to visit your taproom?

A: Park in one of our 23 spaces in our lot or street parking. 

Q: What if your lot and the street parking are already full?

A: Try the public lot next to the entrance for the Glens Trail or on the corner of Front St. and Sackett Ave. 

Q: Where should I NOT park?

A: Please help us continue to respect our neighbors and avoid the private parking lot directly across the street.

EVENTS

Q: I’d like to hold an event for a work happy hour, birthday, shower, or something similar. How do I go about doing this?

A: Please contact our events coordinator via email, amber@hihobrewingco.com. Please include the date and time you are looking for!

KEGS

Q: I have a kegerator at home, how do I order a keg?

A: Email jamie@hihobrewingco.com for pricing and availability.

Q: I want to purchase a keg for an event such as a birthday, wedding, or holiday party at home but I do not have a kegerator. How do I order a keg and serve the beer?

A: We have pony pumps available to rent with the keg. Email jamie@hihobrewingco.com for pricing and availability.

Q: I am holding an event through a nonprofit organization and would like to purchase kegs to be served at the event. Where cant kegs can be purchased?

Q: I work at a bar/restaurant that is interested in having HiHO beer on draft, how do I purchase kegs?
