KITCHEN POSITIONS
Pizza Line + Prep
Job Summary:
HiHO Brewing Co. is looking for a hard working, detail oriented individual to join our kitchen team. Must have experience with a Neapolitan/brick dome pizza oven and a passion for cooking.
Looking for a team player with a positive customer service approach and a commitment to follow all food service safety guidelines.
Hours Available:
Part Time or Full Time - 2-3 closing shifts and and 2-3 opening shifts.
*Shifts worked during hours of service include tips.
Ability to work other planned shifts (or as requested to cover if available) and work planned special events.
The kitchen at HiHO does not have fryers, grills or microwaves, and is very clean. Items are made with real ingredients from scratch.
Responsibilities
Run the neapolitan pizza oven at high volume
Prep/ set up all needed ingredients and equipment at work stations
Assemble food items as directed to keep consistency and presentation/cleanliness standards
Ensure plated presentation and cleanliness
Deliver plated food to customers with a smile, identify each item and answer questions
Assist in clearing taproom of plates, trays and utensils
Follow opening and closing checklists, including taking out the trash, mopping the kitchen, and other light cleaning, and routine deep cleaning
Wash kitchen dishes
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace
Monitor and maintain temperatures in coolers and in heated food
Properly store, label, and rotate food items per health code and HiHO’s standards
Ability to problem solve when needed and bring up issues with suggestions/ideas to management- having a respectful working environment
Help others and have a positive service oriented approach with all teammates
Perform other duties as assigned
These tasks may develop and evolve as the kitchen grows and changes
Qualifications
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures set by the state and HiHO guidelines
Team oriented with positive attitude, solution focused approach and desire to help others
Effective communication and customer service skills
High school diploma or equivalent; professional training is a plus
Knowledge of health and kitchen safety rules
Level 1 food safety certificate is desired, can also be obtained after hire

Physical Requirements:
Stand and walk for long periods of time (6-8 hours)
Frequently lift up to 35 lbs., reach, bend, carry and pick up items
Work in close quarters with others
Neat and clean personal appearance to ensure positive customer experience following all health guidelines
Kitchen Hours of Operation*:
Wednesday & Thursday 3pm-9pm
Friday & Saturday 12-9pm
Sunday 12-7pm
*Shifts worked during hours of service include tips.
Pay: $16-$20 depending on experience + Tips

Food Runner & Dishwasher
Job Summary:

Looking for a team player with a positive customer service approach and a commitment to follow all food service safety guidelines.

Wednesday 5-CL
Friday 5-CL
Saturday 5-CL
Sunday 12-CL

Responsibilities
Expo-ing: checking the ticket to make sure all items are correct, taking the food to the designated table, naming the food as it is presented “Here is the cheese pizza, pork sliders, House salad without tomatoes…”
Taking the table number once ALL items have been delivered
Making sure the customers have everything they need (plates, cutlery, napkins) and telling them where to find those items
Walking through the taproom, clearing dishes, wiping down tables
Washing dishes and putting them away
Assisting in the opening/mid shift/ closing checklists
Greeting customers as they come in
These tasks may develop and evolve as the kitchen grows and changes
